Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing items from our shop. All the revenue from sales will go to support many initiatives that advance equality, diversity, create opportunities, and have a direct impact in the future of women in music.

Please note that we do not support returns or refunds due to the fact that the products you order are personalised specially for you, and printed on demand, made specifically for each order. So please make sure you checked the correct model, sizes, etc… for your chosen products.

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products your customers received, get in touch within 15 days after receipt and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
