RAMOS CONTIOSO, Sara

  Sara Ramos Contioso works as Composition professor in the Conservatory of Music Manuel Castillo in Seville and as researcher in the University of Granada. Her academic career is based on a solid formative base with Academic Awards in Composition and History of Music (1998) and a predoctoral stay at the Humboldt University of Berlin (DAAD scholarship, 2007) under the tutelage of Prof. Danuser.

She wrote her PhD thesis about the study of requiem music in twentieth century and she is currently working about the recovery and transcription of Spanish chamber music and the study of religious music in XX-XXI century.
