MOST, Emma

Emma Most is an emerging composer and sound designer based in Los Angeles, who is passionate about crafting musical narrative through multimedia collaborations. Versatility and creativity drive Emma’s work for both visual media as well as concert music. She has collaborated with film and animation students from The Master’s University, Rochester Institute of Technology, and California Institute of the Arts, writing music and creating sound design for short films of various genres. Emma holds degrees from The Master’s University (BM ‘21) and Eastman School of Music (MM ‘23) in classical and film/media composition, respectively. She is regularly commissioned for original concert works and arrangements in addition to her work in film, and she has an ongoing visual media project of writing custom music for artwork and videos of artwork in progress. Emma loves collaborating with other creatives to help tell stories that need to be told.
