Jeanne Marie Cécile was a French composer and fortepianist active in Paris during the eighteenth century. Very little biographical information about her has survived. Her only presently identified composition is a Concerto in C major for fortepiano and orchestra, published in Paris in 1783. Scored for fortepiano, two violins, two oboes, two horns, viola and bass, the concerto was performed by Cécile herself at the Concert Spirituel on 29 May 1783. The surviving score documents her activity both as a composer and as a public instrumental soloist.
