Clara Gil Abascal is a composer teacher, and choir and orchestra director in the city of Cehegín, serving in this role since 2018. She studied orchestral conducting at the Maestro Francisco Navarro Lara International School in Huelva and has trained with various masters and schools throughout the Iberian Peninsula.Her compositional work spans a wide range of genres, including:Solo albums: Such as Despertando a la sirena, featuring lyrics by Vega Cerezo.Other projects: Symphonic rock projects, soundtracks for films and short films, and music for books (e.g., Doble amanecer by Javier Cerezo).

Classical compositions: Music for choir, string and chamber orchestras, Holy Week music, and lieder.Her piece Frágil (Fragile), which focuses on OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) and is scored for piano and strings, was premiered in January 2020. It was performed by the Orquestra Simfònica Solidària de Barcelona at the Palau de la Música Catalana to celebrate the bicentennial of Clara Wieck Schumann's birth.
