ZEGERS, Luna

Born in the Netherlands in a musical family she listened to many genres of music, and had a special interest in the jazz her father listened to. She graduated in jazz singing at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in 2010. She has taken compositions lessons with Bill Markovitz from the Manhattan School of Music in The United States, studied South Indian singing in Bangalore, and was later the first foreigner ever to be accepted into the “Escuela Superior de Música de Cataluña” (ESMUC), studying flamenco singing with flamenco singer José Miguel Vizcaya “Chiqui de la Linea”, graduating in 2015. She has composed music for the 2025 film 'Pasara', musical theatre shows, flamenco compositions and her own jazz group.
