Jolanta Zdechlikiewicz-Reclik is a pianist, composer and teacher. She studied theory and composition at the Academy of Music in Katowice in the class of Edward Bogusławski. She continued her education later in the composition class of Witold Szalonek. The artist was interested in instrumental theater. Jolanta Zdechlikiewicz’s works have been presented at various festivals, including the Silesian Days of Contemporary Music. She created pieces for children that engaged child audiences to perform contemporary music, also with the use of self-made instruments.
