Kathryn Thomas Whitfield was an American composer and musician best known for her early 20th-century parlour and salon piano works, notably "In an Irish Jaunting Car" (1920). Her piano composition, still preserved today in public domain collections like the Parlour Salon Sheet Music Collection at the University of Maine.
