WEYRAUTHER, Lisa

Lisa Weyrauther is a German composer, film composer and pianist based in Munich and Amsterdam. She currently studies composition at the Conservatory of Amsterdam with Meriç Artaç and Maya Verlaak, and previously with Wim Henderickx.

Lisa’s music is deeply rooted in her inner world and is a product of her curiosity for life and people. In her pieces, she explores the feelings and challenges of others and herself, creating a musical space that is emotionally diverse and accessible. Rhythmical drive, a nuanced harmonic language and strong atmospheres are fundamental to her music. She draws inspiration from various genres, ranging from classical music and jazz to soul and metal.
