Mary Carol Warwick is a composer and librettist whose works have been performed internationally. She is a protégé of opera composer Carlisle Floyd. Warwick's compositions span various genres, including opera, theatrical works, song cycles, individual songs, choral pieces, and instrumental, chamber, and orchestral music. Her works have been presented in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Republic of Singapore. A photograph from April 2014 shows Warwick with Carlisle Floyd and Buck Ross at the Moores School Gala. Another photo, from March 2016, depicts Warwick and Floyd reviewing a score.
