Estella Wallace (b. 2004) is a New Zealand composer, clarinettist, and saxophonist of Ngāi Tahu descent. Originally from Christchurch, she is studying composition at the New Zealand School of Music – Te Kōkī, Victoria University of Wellington. Wallace began composing at the age of 14, and her music explores Māori culture, whakapapa (ancestry), the landscapes of Aotearoa, New Zealand, and contemporary social issues. She has received several awards, including the 2022 SOUNZ–New Zealand Choral Federation Te Reo Māori Choral Composition Prize, the 2024 AWE Emerging Composer Mentorship, and the 2025 Finlayson Prize for Composition. Her works have been performed in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
