Caroline Holme Walker (June 13, 1863 – January 19, 1955) was an American composer, pianist, and music teacher recognised for her contributions to early 20th-century vocal music, particularly art songs published through notable presses like Wa-Wan Press. Walker's compositional output focused on songs for voice and piano, often setting poetry to music. Among her documented works are "When the Dew is Falling" (1906), a piece for medium voice published by Wa-Wan Press in Newton Centre, Massachusetts, and "The Battle of Life" (1906), with lyrics by Nancy Byrd Turner, issued by B.F. Wood Music Company. Her music was part of a broader movement of women composers in the United States who produced charming vocal works during the Romantic and neoclassical periods.
