Gianna Visintin graduated in Choral Music and Choral Conducting at the "C. Pollini" Conservatory of Padua under the guidance of Maestro Marco Sofianopulo and attended specialization courses with Maestros S. Vidas, I. Parkai, G. Acciai, A. Mazzuccato, H. Jaskulsky, A. von Ramm, G. Grun, J. Rathbone.
She has carried out an intense concert activity in the choral field: she has held more than seven hundred concerts in Italy and abroad, among which she has also performed symphonic-choral productions such as the "Requiem" op.89 by A. Dvorak with the Prague Conservatory, the "Te Deum" op. 103 and the "Psalm 149" op.79 also by A.Dvorak.
She founded the Choral Association "AUDITE NOVA" of Staranzano (GO), within which she directs the choir of "Voci bianche" and the choir "Audite Juvenes" and also directs, since its foundation, the female choir "Multifariam" of Ruda (UD).
She teaches at the "G. Puccini" Conservatory in Gallarate (VA), at the Municipal School of Music in Ruda and has been a teacher at the Conservatories of Vicenza, Trento and Mantua.
She has been a member of the jury in national and international competitions and is a member of the Artistic Commission of the USCI of the province of Gorizia.
She has also made radio and television recordings, and, in addition to choral conducting, she also dedicates herself to composition (I° Prize cat. B at the "Falivis" Composition Competition, Udine). Her compositions have been published by Pizzicato and Feniarco.
