Biggi Vinkeloe is a musician, composer, social activist, and entrepreneur. As a performer, she plays alto saxophone and flute, and is noted for her work in jazz and improvisational music. Vinkeloe's musical projects often explore genre-bending collaborations, bridging traditional Indian and European folk music with jazz, sacred music, and electronic elements. She has released over 40 albums and registered nearly 200 compositions.

Vinkeloe has also been a vocal advocate for gender equality, particularly within the music industry. She has been involved with women's activist organizations in Europe and served as International President of Women in Jazz South Florida. Her activism extends to projects focused on social issues, such as sanitary pads, and involvement with international art and cultural initiatives in India and Uganda.
