Born in Barcelona, she began her first courses in Music Theory and Piano at the age of nine. Later she started studying guitar with Natalia Demidoff, continuing under her guidance until she obtained the Intermediate Degree. Subsequently she obtained the Advanced Degree in Guitar with Jaume Torrent at the Music Conservatory of the Liceo in Barcelona. At the same time she was admitted to the Intermediate Degree of Piano. In 1976 she graduated in Psychology at the University of Barcelona (UB). For several years she combined her activity as a children’s psycho-therapist with various post-graduate courses in the field of music: Guitar Master Classes, Music Analysis, Music Computer Programs, Piano Improvisation, Piano Teaching, Orchestration, the Braille Music System, etc. Presently she is working as a music teacher and composer. Several of her compositions have been performed in various Catalan and Spanish theaters.
