Soňa Vetchá is a composer who specializes in auditory illusions and their application in music. She studied composition at the Brno Conservatory and continued her education at HAMU in Prague, under the tutelage of Prof. Ivan Kurz. Vetchá further pursued her studies with a doctorate under Ing. Zdeněk Otčenášek, Ph.D. and Doc. Slavomír Hořínka. Her recent work centers on incorporating auditory illusions into her compositions to enhance the listener's experience.
