VERMELHO, Gabriela

Gabriela Vermelho, violinist, violist, quinton player, singer, composer, actress, musical experimenter, works in the fields of classical music, chanson, jazz and alternative rock. She is the primary member of the Gadrew Way string quartet. For this ensemble, she creates musical arrangements of covered compositions and writes her own compositions. She is a founding member of the art-rock band Maraca. In 2013, she founded her musical group GaRe, with which she devotes herself exclusively to original music on the border of chanson, alternative, folklore inspirations and musical experimentation.
