Elisabeth Vannebo (born 23 March 1966 in Trondheim) is a Norwegian musician and composer. Her main instrument is the tuba, and she also plays the didgeridoo. As a composer and arranger, she created textbooks for instrumental training both on her own and in collaboration with others. Elisabeth lives in Bergen.
She is trained in tuaist from the Grieg Academy with Stein Erik Tafjord as teacher. She was one of the founders of the folk music group Yggdrasil in 1993.[1] Elisabeth is permanently associated with Bergen cultural school as a teacher and performer. Since 1991, she has been engaged at the Grieg Academy as a methodology and practice teacher. She also teaches at the Ole Bull Academy.
