Lolita Vambute is a renowned Latvian pop vocalist and composer. Active during the Soviet era, she gained significant recognition for her original music, vocal performances, and releases on the Melodiya record label. She is known for writing both the music and lyrics to popular Latvian tracks like "Es neesmu burve" and "Kur Tu Mīti?". Her 1973 track "Nekal Mani Gredzenā" remains highly regarded among fans of vintage Eastern Bloc psychedelic rock.
