Lidia Valero (1954–2000) was a Spanish composer and educator born in Alicante on 29 August 1954. She studied piano at the Conservatory of Murcia and later specialized in Computer Music with Jep Nuix and Xavier Maristany. Valero received the International Composition Prize "Ciutat d'Alcoi" and published twelve works combining musical, poetic, visual, and conceptual elements. Her output focused primarily on chamber and instrumental music, and she continued composing until her death on 12 February 2000, leaving her final work, Klamdrionnee, unfinished.
