Oktawia Pączkowska was born in 1996 in Krakow, Poland. She works with contemporary music ensembles, including Hard Rain SoloistEnsemble, XelmYa +, Figmentum Ensemble and Spółdzielnia Muzyczna Contemporary Ensemble. In 2018, she took an active part in a live music coding session under the direction of Renick Bell as part of the Unsound Festival. Her interests include electroacoustic music and digital art in a broad sense. She graduated from Frederic Chopin Secondary Music School in the Dalcroze Eurhythmics class. In 2019, she received a bachelor’s degree in composition at the Academy of Music in Krakow, where she currently continues her master’s studies under the guidance of prof. Anna Zawadzka-Gołosz.
