MOFFAT, Paige

Paige Moffat is an Auckland-based composer and writer dedicated to fusing a unique blend of music and words in her creative endeavours. She recently completed a Bachelor of Music at the University of Auckland, specialising in Composition, and is currently focused on working towards further study in 2026. Her work explores a variety of perspectives, often chronicling difficult experiences through a satirical lens and challenging social injustices. She enjoys exploring these themes through theatrical devices and melodic idiosyncrasies.
Her most recent projects include collaborating with the Engineering Department at the University of Auckland to develop a 32-channel piece for their anechoic chamber, working on an animated short film for Media Design School, and workshopping her piece "I Live in a Zoo" with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra.
