Sofía Martínez Ramírez is a Spanish composer. Her works have been commissioned by the Centre for the Diffusion of Contemporary Music, INAEM, French Ministry of Culture, Basque Government and Musical Fortnight. She has also made arrangements for the ballet Olaeta.
Between 1996-2004, she was a professor at the École nationale de musique in Sevran, the École de musique de Parmain and the Municipal Conservatory of Paris XVI; between 2007 and 2012 she was a professor of composition at the Superior Conservatory of Las Palmas.
