Clarice Manning was an early 20th-century American composer, lyricist, and music publisher active primarily during the Ragtime and Tin Pan Alley eras (fl. c. 1908–1915). Based in New York City, she was notable not only as a songwriter but also as an entrepreneurial woman in music who founded and operated her own publishing enterprise, Clarice Manning & Co..

Manning’s compositional output consisted of popular songs, sentimental ballads, novelty tunes, and stage-adjacent numbers written for voice and piano. Her published songs, including "When the Autumn Leaves Cover the Ground" (1909), "Baby Mine", and "My Aviating Summer Girl" (1911), reflected the prevailing themes of early 20th-century popular entertainment, romantic lyricism, and contemporary cultural trends.
