LABERGE, Christina

Christina M. Laberge is an active church musician, having served churches on both coasts and in the midwest for over thirty years. She received her Bachelor's of Music degree in Choral Conducting from the University of Southern Maine, and Master's and the Doctor of Musical Arts degrees in Choral Music and Sacred Music (respectively) at the University of Southern California. Her approach to choral writing is energizing for singers and congregation alike while remaining practical and accessible by most ensembles. She also has a strong affinity for brass writing and has composed a large amount of music for solo horn, horn ensemble and various brass ensembles.
