Cindy Kleinstuber Blevins is an American composer and harpist known for creating original music and instructional arrangements for the harp, piano, and small instrumental ensembles. She writes extensively for lever and pedal harps, lap harps, and double-strung harps. Many of her books, such as ModeUlations and Perceptions, explore pieces written in unique modes and exotic scales. She also composes solo piano pieces, accompaniments, and works featuring woodwinds and strings. Several of her compositions are tailored or well-suited for therapeutic harp use.
