JENSEN, Ida Bach

Ida Bach Jensen is a danish composer, double-bass player and filmmaker, based in Copenhagen. She performs solo on the Scandinavian art and music scene, with her electro-acoustic works and in collaboration with other artists like swedish vocalist Josefine Cronholm and japanese VJ CHIAKI. With her own works, she performed at Chambertronica Festival/Swedish Radio, Fokus Video Festival/Nikolaj Kunsthal, The Royal Danish Opera, National Gallery of Denmark, Charlottenborg Kunsthal, The Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic in Poland, to name a few.
Ida works out of her own recording studio, creating original music for film, dance and theatre over a span of 14 years. Her soundtracks have featured in works of Claus Bohm Film, SVT/Kultur, DRK, DFI, Magic Hour Films, Athenafilm, Klassefilm, Dunkers Kulturhus etc.
