Leila Zagirovna Ismagilova is a Soviet and Russian Bashkir composer, pianist, music teacher , chairman of the Union of Composers of the Republic of Bashkortostan , Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (1998) and the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic (1984), People's Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan (2012), member of the Union of Composers of the Russian Federation (USSR) and the Republic of Bashkortostan, professor of the Ufa State Academy of Arts named after Z. Ismagilov .
