Sterre Hond is a classical pianist and composer with a fondness for the Romantic and Impressionist repertoire. In addition to these artistic influences, the fact that Sterre has synesthesia has a special impact on her musicianship. Through her synesthesia, she sees colors associated with different tones and harmonies while playing the piano. During concerts and workshops, she shares her colorful sensory world as a synesthete. She does this through personal stories and self-made light projections that visualize the colors she experiences in that moment.
