Pianist, choir conductor, and composer Mip van der Heide (1966) began playing the piano at the age of six.
In 1992, she obtained her diploma as a Music Teacher 'Main Subject Piano' at the Conservatory in Zwolle.
In 1998, she successfully completed the 'Choir Conducting for Professional Musicians' application course at the SNK in Nijmegen.
The majority of her work currently consists of teaching piano lessons. In addition, she is the musical director of De Koor.
Furthermore, Mip arranges and composes
primarily for choirs.
