Anna Hakobjanyan was born in Vanadzor. Graduated Erevan Komitas State Conservatory in 2003, department of Composition, (class of prof. A. Zohrabyan), then completed her post graduate studies in 2015. She is a member of Armenian Union of Composers and Musicologists since 2004. She is an author of a number of orchestral, chamber, choral, vocal works, which have been performed in countries including Armenia, Russia, Canada, USA, Brazil, and Switzerland.
