Lucie Gascon was a Canadian harpist and composer from Normandin, Quebec. She studied at the Conservatoire de musique de Montréal, where she was awarded second prize in chamber music in 1979. Her compositions for harp draw inspiration from a variety of musical cultures while exploring the instrument's rich sonic possibilities through a contemporary approach.
