Sandra Gamberger studied instrumental pedagogy and orchestral music at the Heidelberg-Mannheim State University of Music. She has lived and worked in Dresden since 1998 as a freelance music educator and violist, and is the mother of three children.
She has been teaching at the Heinrich Schütz Conservatory in Dresden since 2000, and her pedagogical work focuses in particular on promoting the viola, group lessons with preschoolers and elementary school students, and integrating early music education with instrumental instruction.
