Elisabeth Fußeder is studying composition at the Freiburg University of Music. She has already been commissioned to write works for, amongst others, the via-nova choir in Munich, the Ensemble recherche and, on several occasions, the German National Youth Choir. Her cycle “waldeslust” was released in 2024 on the German National Youth Choir’s debut CD and as a score published by Carus.

▪ 3rd prize for “in tenebris” at the randspiele Zepernick composition competition (2023)
▪ 1st prize in the Nocturne competition for “Sofðu unga ástin mín” (2024), organised by Voktett Hannover in collaboration with chor.com and Carus Verlag
