Judith Frotta was a composer and guitarist active in the first half of the 19th century. Her 1825 piece titled "Fantasie pour la Guitarre sur le duo de Mr Paer 'Quel sepolcro che racchiudo'" is cataloged in the Ars Femina Archive at IU Southeast, an organization dedicated to researching and performing classical music composed by women before 1830. This piece is an arrangement for solo guitar based on a duet from the famous opera Agnese by Ferdinando Paer.
