Genevieve Davisson Fritter (1915–2009) was an accomplished American violinist, composer, and pianist who made significant contributions to the classical music scene in the Washington, D.C. area. Her sheet music remains available through specialized publishers like ALRY Publications (UMMP Store). One of her most popular chamber music suites is "Three Fairy Tales (for flute and piano)", a collection of shorter pieces adapted from her original ballet scores, including Munchkins (from her Wizard of Oz ballet), Gavotte (from Snow White), and Tinker Bell (from Peter Pan).
