Charlotte Ferrier was a British composer and printmaker active in the 19th century. She is primarily known for her vocal and parlor compositions. One of her most notorious works is "Farewell, bright illusions" (words by G.L. Chesterton, Esq.), a piece arranged for harp or pianoforte accompaniment and respectfully dedicated to Dr. Jay.
