Johanna Eleonora Stenbockwas a writer, poet, composer and noblewoman. From 1680, she served as a lady-in-waiting to Queen Ulrika Eleonora the Elder. Among her known musical works is the German aria Welt ich will nichts von dir haben, scored for two soprano voices and basso continuo, for which she also wrote the text.
