Signora M. A. C. de Tabary was an eighteenth-century composer about whom little biographical information is currently known. Although the details of her life and career remain undocumented, her surviving works indicate that she was active within European musical circles and contributed to the operatic traditions of her time. Her known compositions include the intermezzo Numa Pompilio alla grotta d'Egeria, preserved in historical music collections including the Bavarian State Library, and the opera seria Sesostri, which appears in contemporary and later musical inventories. De Tabary is recognized as one of the relatively few documented women composers associated with eighteenth-century Italian opera.
