Sophie Chonez was a French composer active in the early 19th century. She is known for Celle que je cherchais, a song for voice and piano with lyrics by Mr. Dieu, published in Paris by Corbaux around 1815. A copy is documented in the Women Composers Collection (WCC No. 0333). Little is known about her life, education, or other musical activities.
