Fang-Chi Chen is a composer who studied composition at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore. In 2016, while a second-year composition student, her work Dawn II for large ensemble was performed by the Conservatory’s New Music Ensemble at the Esplanade Recital Studio during the New Music Festival: Traditions and Innovations.
