Linde Carrijn is a Belgian composer, musician, singer, actress and theatre-maker, born in Ghent. She began playing the violin at the age of four and later studied piano, dance and drama. In 2014, she graduated from KASK School of Arts in Ghent with a master’s degree in Dramatic Arts. Her creative work combines music, theatre and performance, and she has composed scores for theatrical and dance productions, including Choco of kaas? and Level Q by the dance company LAP.

Together with theatre-maker Maxim Storms, Carrijn founded the experimental musical duo Brik Tu-Tok. In this project she composes, performs and sings, combining unconventional pop music with absurdist theatre, eccentric characters and visual performance. The duo released the albums Greatest Hits in 2019 and The Giggle Gallery in 2021.

Carrijn is also a member of ZONDERWERK, a collaborative project with composer and multi-instrumentalist Dijf Sanders. The duo creates music and sound design for paintings, graphic novels, architecture, installations, films and other visual works, often using field recordings, tape machines, samplers and acoustic and electronic instruments. Their projects include the album babel and the music for the animated short film Canard (2023).
