Mme Caron was a French composer active in Paris during the late eighteenth century. No reliable biographical information about her full name, birth, education or later life has been identified.
Her only currently documented composition is the song La Petite Curieuse, ou Papa vous fera pendre, published in Paris by the Savigny brothers in 1788. The surviving printed score identifies the composer simply as “Mme Caron.”
