Anna Carlén is a Swedish composer and musician. She sang in choirs and played the saxophone from childhood. After studying composition at Geijerskolans Folkhögskola and Sankt Sigfrids folkhögskola, she continued her studies with Rolf Martinsson at the Malmö Academy of Music. Her work focuses particularly on chamber and choral music and explores emotions and human experiences.
