Pauline Cannon (b. 1895) was an American composer active during the early twentieth century. She is known for The Ford Waltz, a ragtime-influenced waltz for solo piano published in 1917 by A. W. Perry’s Sons in Sedalia, Missouri. The work places Cannon among the women who participated in the flourishing American popular-piano and ragtime culture of the period. Although the score and its authorship survive, no further compositions or reliable details concerning Cannon’s education, career, or later life have yet been identified
