Virginia Mariani Campolieti (1869–1941) was an Italian composer, pianist and conductor. Her principal stage work was Dal sogno alla vita, a three-act melodrama with a libretto by Fulvio Fulgonio, published in 1898. The opera was performed at the Teatro Civico in Vercelli in February 1898 and later at the Politeama in Genoa in May 1899.
Campolieti also composed vocal music, including 30 Canzoncine per bambini, a collection of children’s songs for voice and piano setting Italian texts by Lina Schwarz. Her surviving works place her within the Italian vocal and theatrical tradition of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
