Notes:

Hattie M. Calder was an American composer active in the mid-nineteenth century. Very little biographical information about her is currently known, but she is documented as the composer of Arch Street Polka, a piano work published in New York by H. B. Dodworth in 1856. The piece belongs to the tradition of nineteenth-century American salon and dance music. An orchestrated version of Arch Street Polka is also preserved in the Edwin A. Fleisher Collection of Orchestral Music, where Calder is listed as a U.S. composer active between 1850 and 1860.
