Notes:

Pearl Bliss is an incredibly obscure figure in historical musical records, resulting in very minimal documented biographical information available in English. She is cataloged as an American lyricist and minor composer active in the early 20th century. Her name appears in historical registries such as Aaron Cohen's International Encyclopedia of Women Composers. In 1907, she wrote the lyrics for the song "Sing Me a Song of Our Dear Old Flag," which featured music composed by the Madden Music Company (registered in Hume, New York). She is occasionally cross-referenced in archival records alongside rural community ensembles, early 1900s brass bands, and cornet bands in the United States.
