Notes:

Eva Beunk (1999) is a Dutch composer, artist, educator. She did her bachelor in composition at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, where she studied with Peter Adriaansz, Calliope Tsoupaki and Jan van de Putte. She also followed a minor in Education and Classical Trumpet.
In many of her pieces, she investigates different kinds of interactions between the musicians and herself as a composer and between the musicians and the audience. In her music, Eva has been looking for different ways to give musicians more space for interpretation than usual or to give them a different kind of freedom than they would have if there would be just notes.
Besides that, Eva likes to create events. It happens often in her pieces that the music is just a part of the whole. Just as important as other factors like the concept, the social interactions, the place of the piece in society, the environment and location of the performance or the visuals.
