Elfriede Benedix (born around 1927) is a German composer and accordionist. She studied accordion from 1947 to 1950 under Rudolf Würthner and Fritz Dobler. Her studies took place at the municipal music school in Trossingen (now the Hohner Conservatory), directed by Hugo Herrmann. She specializes in writing music featuring the accordion, including solo and duet pieces aimed at students and varied performance levels.
